-Solid Waste Transfer Station with Recovery of Recyclable Wastes 
 
-Transfer Station for mixed municipal solid waste and commercial solid waste, pre-sorted recyclables, yard waste, and construction and demolition debris 
 
-Process facility for construction and demolition debris for the production of   recycled aggregate (RA) 
 
-Benign Industrial Waste accepted. (Non-hazardous Industrial Waste)
 
Section 27-2611 of the New York State Electronic Equipment and Recycling Act
Effective 1/1/2012,
with the exception of individual and household consumers, all other New York State consumers, including (waste haulers) businesses, private or public corporations and government entities, etc., may not dispose of electronic waste (such as computers, computer peripherals, televisions, small scale servers, and small electronic equipment, etc.) at a solid waste or hazardous waste management facility.
